Cancellation Policy:

At Arcy’s Kitchen, we take pride in ensuring each order receives the attention and care it deserves. Since we operate with limited slots per day, the following policy applies:

1. No Cancellations

  • Once your order has been confirmed on our website, cancellations are strictly not allowed due to our limited daily order slots. This ensures we can fairly accommodate all our valued customers.

2. Rescheduling or Rebooking

  • You may request to reschedule or rebook your order by notifying us at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be for a date within 30 days of the original booking.

3. Holiday Pre-Orders

  • For orders scheduled on December 24, 25, and 31, rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance due to high demand and limited holiday slots.

4. How to Reschedule or Rebook

  • Contact us via email at arcyskitchen@gmail.com or message us on Facebook with your order details and preferred new date.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If an order is not picked up or delivered on the scheduled date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
