Delivery policy.

At Arcy’s Kitchen, we’re committed to delivering your orders with speed, care, and reliability. Below is an overview of our delivery process, policies and disclaimers to ensure a seamless delivery experience for you:

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas in Metro Manila:

  • Option 1: Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Taguig, Pasay, Makati, and Pateros

  • Option 2: Manila, Mandaluyong, Pasig, SanJuan, Quezon City and Marikina

For orders that are located in CAMANAVA Areas and outside metro manila please choose PICK UP and book your own courier of choice for pick up.

Note: If you choose the wrong delivery option based on your delivery address, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED.

2. Delivery Times

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are very particular with the time you must receive order, we highly recommend that you arrange own pick up method.

As we can’t always guarantee that we can meet your EXACT time request due to uncontrolled factors such as traffic, road and weather conditions.

For orders that need to be received on or before 11am, kindly choose PICK UP and book your own courier for pick up. Kindly indicate in the form pick up time.

3. Delivery Charges

The following delivery charges apply to specific delivery locations.

  • PHP 200.00 - Option 1: Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Taguig, Pasay, Makati, and Pateros

  • PHP 250.00 - Option 2: Manila, Mandaluyong, Pasig, SanJuan, Quezon City and Marikina

*** Please note that our flat-rate delivery fees may change without prior notice, particularly during holiday seasons.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via our Facebook messenger correspondence or SMS to monitor your delivery in real-time.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, incorrect contact details or the recipient being unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional fees may apply for redelivery attempts.

6. Disclaimer / Damaged items & Others

Your safety is our top priority. We take great care in packing your orders and securely sealing them before they are handed over to your assigned rider.

However, please note that our team is NOT responsible for any delays or damages caused by third-party couriers. We follow strict protocols to ensure your rider handles your orders properly, but once it’s in transit, we no longer have control over its handling.

Delivery times can vary depending on distance, weather, traffic, and rider availability. We always make sure to allocate enough time to ensure your order arrives as close as possible to the time you selected on the order form. Don’t worry—you’ll receive a notification when your rider is on the way!

If you encounter any issues or emergencies, feel free to reach out to us. We’ll do our best to help locate your rider or report any concerns to the proper authorities.
